Discovery Program

The Discovery Program is a 6 week "boot camp" for students entering Crossroads Alternative Middle School. During the 6 weeks students learn skills to make them not only better students, but also better people. The skills are meant to help students be successful in and out of school.

Goals and Objectives of Discovery

• To develop a strong sense of community and establish a positive support system for all students.

• To teach, practice and provide feedback on positive social skills.

• To reinforce the culture of the classroom and school and ensure all students realize what is expected of them and what they can expect from staff.
